We have provided a guideline below of when to place your order. Please be aware that these are expected delivery times, not guaranteed delivery times. All carrier delays are outside of our control. We encourage you to place your order as soon as possible and our customer service team is always here to help answer any questions you may have!

Once we handover your package to the carrier, we are no longer able to alter any information. It is your responsibility to double check all shipping address information before your order is shipped. If you need to edit an address, notify customer service as soon as possible.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

We know that buying for others can be tricky, and in an effort to help you and your loved one get the right product we will be temporarily adjusting our return policy! Here's what you need to know about Holiday Returns:

• Orders placed after November 1st that are outside of their 30-day return window are eligible for store credit until January 7th.
• Store credit is final sale and issued for the amount that was paid at the time of purchase, not the value of the product.
• Store credit never expires and can be applied to any item on our website.
• Any item past the 30-day return window cannot be returned for a credit card refund.
• All other Return Policies apply.

Returns will only be accepted on regular stock items that are in perfect, unworn condition. Outlet items are final sale. To initiate a return for store credit contact customerservice@avarcasusa.com

GIFT CARDS

We're happy to offer both electronic and physical gift cards. To allow time for your gift card to arrive by Christmas day, physical gift cards will need to be ordered by 2pm PST Dec 15th and e-gift cards by 2pm PST Dec 23rd. All gift cards will default to electronic unless specified by the customer.
