  • This extra virgin olive oil is grown in Empordà, an area of Catalonia in Spain, where olive groves thrive as the Pyrenees Mountains meet the Mediterranean Sea. This unique climate makes it the only region where the Arbequina varietal of olives can be grown. Llàgrimes del Canigó, a small family owned production, hand picks the finest olives for the highest quality oil. We love using this on pà amb tomàquet, focaccia bread, and fresh summer salads.
