Shipping, handling & Delivery

All orders ship from the US. We ship within the US (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) and internationally anywhere in the world.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer FREE standard shipping for all domestic orders. Expedited shipping options and rates are in the chart, below. These rates do not apply to wholesale orders. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a return or an exchange. All domestic orders normally ship with a tracking confirmation number.

† Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories and Military APO/FPO addresses will be only shipped via USPS (Priority if weight is above 1 lbs and First Class if weight below 1 lbs) regardless of the Shipping Method. We cannot expedite to these addresses

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For our Canadian customers, we offer $5 flat rate international shipping for orders with one item, and $5 per additional item. This flat rate does not apply to wholesale orders. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a return or an exchange. All Canadian orders normally ship with a tracking confirmation number.

All international orders are shipped USPS International. USPS provides delivery confirmation scans for the countries listed: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Spain, Switzerland and Turkey. The delivery confirmation number will not provide tracking for the item as it is being shipped, only confirmation once the order is delivered to the shipping address. We are unable to provide any delivery confirmation or tracking for countries not listed above. You will be provided a tracking number that will only update while the package is within US borders. Once an order has cleared US customs, it is transferred to the destination country's national postal service to complete delivery.

All orders ship from our warehouse in San Diego, California. If you are in a rush and need to receive your order by a specific date, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team or purchase expedited shipping (domestic only). You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with the tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking information to updated before reviewing your orders tracking status.

Once an order is received by the postal carrier and no longer in the possession of Avarcas USA, it is under the care and liability of the carrier to deliver the item. Each individual order is packed and leaves the warehouse in a new shipment box. We cannot take responsibility for items lost or stolen after a package is confirmed as delivered by tracking, and will not refund a lost or stolen item. We encourage customers who find that their tracking status is 'Delivered' yet they have not received their package and/or believe it to be lost or stolen, to follow up with a claim through the carrier and speak to their local delivery personnel to gather as much information as possible. We are happy to provide whatever information is needed to assist with opening a claim.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

We are happy to offer shipping insurance for purchase on all orders, domestic and international, placed through avarcasusa.com. By purchasing this coverage, your order is protected against loss or damage during shipment. Insurance fees are a flat rate of $0.99 USD per item and added at checkout. Shipping insurance coverage begins on the order’s shipping date and is valid for 30 days.

Please note our policy does not cover theft. If you believe your package was stolen post-delivery, please contact the shipper directly to file a claim. We are happy to provide any information needed.

Insured Orders:
For an insured item that is lost or damaged during shipment, please contact us at customerservice@avarcasusa.com to initiate a claim for refund or replacement.

Uninsured Orders:
Lost or damaged items that were purchased without shipping insurance cannot be guaranteed a refund or replacement. A claim can be filed with the shipping company for domestic shipments but is not guaranteed coverage. International shipments without shipping insurance cannot have a claim filed.

Shipping insurance does not cover loss, theft, or damage to any item that has been used or worn.
